Product use: this series of automatic low vacuum nitriding furnace is a cycle furnace, mainly used for steel parts, tooling and measurement tools and other hardware products, multi permeability, low temperature nitriding of austenitic nitrocarburizing, oxynitriding, steam oxidation and low vacuum tempering (or effect) and surface strengthening processing.

Equipment features:

1、The use of positive pressure, negative pressure and positive pressure pulse process a variety of furnace pressure time and pressure regulation, the layer of deep hole, high quality, long axis, long tube, micro blind hole, slit, clamping parts, the outer wall can obtain a uniform layer, is a high value of scientific research.

2、The quality of the permeating layer is higher than that of the conventional nitriding, the speed of infiltration is fast, the period is short, and the raw material is 30~50%.

3、With intelligent temperature control instrument and PLD control control system, the temperature and process parameters in the furnace are more accurately controlled.

4、It is equipped with vacuum air exchange, positive and negative pressure automatic control system, waste gas over water treatment, no environmental pollution.

5、All the functions of the original barotropic nitriding furnace are retained, which are the upgrading products of the positive pressure nitriding furnace.
