1. The energy-saving multi-log hot shear furnace adopts the imported proportional combustion system instead of the traditional combustion machine. Its working principle is heat storage cycle heating that the exhaust heat is used to enter the proportional combustion system again. It avoids the intermittent heating of traditional combustion machine which may cause the cold wind to enter the combustion and reduce the furnace temperature. The aluminum rods in the furnace are kept at constant temperature to achieve the effect of energy saving.
2. The combustion chamber of hot shear furnace is on the top of furnace, which is composed of a fully closed heating system with a heat circulating fan, air ducts and a hearth. The furnace adopts high quality thermal insulation material to ensure that the cold air outside the furnace can not enter the furnace, and the heat in the furnace can not disperse to improve the effective utilization of heat energy and achieve the purpose of energy saving. Compared with the traditional furnace, it can save about 20% of the energy per ton of aluminum bar. The circulating fan is the bearing block mode with air cooling and water cooling, which avoids the flowing water phenomenon around the top of furnace caused by the water drop cooling and improves the working environment.
3. The moving rod mechanism in the furnace is adopted with the furnace bottom’s bucking bar device, which is simple in structure and convenient in maintenance. The moving rod is rolled on the track depending on the weight of aluminum bar. It can turn the aluminum bar, exchange heating, and ensure that the aluminum bar will not overlap so that the aluminum bar will go smoothly. It avoids unnecessary losses, reduces labor intensity and improves the production efficiency.
4.
