4, before the ignition of the heating furnace, the entry hole should be closed, and the flue baffle will be opened to 1/3 1/2. The fuel oil system cycle and raw material cycle shall be established, and the ignition rod that is soaked in diesel oil is ready.

5, before ignition, we should first use steam to remove residual gas in the furnace, and put the lighted ignition stick on the upper end of the fire nozzle. When people leave the bottom of the furnace, steam is first opened, and then the oil line is opened. After igniting the oil and fire, the oil and gas ratio can be adjusted to the normal state.

6, lead to the attention of the net off gas and condensed oil and water, emptying in a safe place for more than 15 minutes, by analysis the oxygen content of less than 1%, can be used for ignition. The gas must pass through the firearm before the gas is entered.

7, when the ignition fireman cannot face the fire mouth and see the fire window, so as not to hurt the tempering. If the flame is extinguished, the fuel valve should be shut down immediately. After the furnace is blown by steam, the fire should be re ignited.

8, normal operation should always check the stove, at any time to adjust, pay attention to check whether the tube bending, bubbling and peeling, redness and darkening of the abnormal situation, check back elbow, plug, exit valve has no leakage and abnormal, immediately report to the leadership, to take measures to deal with.

9, when there is a furnace tube burning and breaking, causing furnace to fire or emergency, it is necessary for people to enter the furnace to deal with it. Steam is used for fire and cooling treatment, and water is strictly prohibited to spray into the furnace to extinguish and cool down.

10. When entering the furnace, the operation procedures should be entered into the equipment. Do not use other objects explosion-proof door closed, to avoid the loss of explosion-proof function.
